I have been taking the ND3 pills for about 3-4 months now. So today I have decided to switch it up and combine ND2 and ND3 by taking 1 of each every morning. So far I feel great. I am making sure to down alot of water and wear my body shaper while I am on my treadmill today. I purchased the bodyshaper from a website that was recommended by the body contouring section on the forums here. I am waiting to receive that but in the meantime, I am using my body magic, and it really does work. So I am off to get more tips from Ms Ninadetox. I have always had trouble with weight going from a size 13 to a 15/16 in one year.
