Well, this past week I tried something new pertaining to my diet. To make it much easier on my system, I choose three consecutive days out of the week where I don't eat meat. Knowing that this it what I was trying to accomplish, made it that much harder. I seemed to crave meat. I couldn't even have chicken in my salad! I did successfully complete the week.Yea!!!
