Hey ladies, I have been eating Special K red berries cereal. It's loaded with fiber.Since i have been eating,replacing it as meal. Mostly Breakfeast. My Bm has been Very good! I mean i feel so much better and lighter. Lol I think it take everything out of me!. My stomach has been feeling kind full and bloated. I started eating Special K. I feel so much better. Yall should try Special K cereal. It will help with BM if you having issue with fiber.

I also eat the red berry cereal.  I usually eat it for breakfast but sometimes as a snack throughout the day. It most def helps everything past through you, lol.. congrats with all of your accomplishments and good luck.
