I love oatmeal (preferably steel cut), but don't always have the time to sit there & watch them intently cook. =/
Sooo, I've been eating Quaker Weight Control & I quite like it, but thought I'd give Kashi's Go Lean a spin for a change of pace.
I will be honest in saying that the Kashi brand may not be for everyone, but I've long been in love with their Go Lean crunch cereal.
If you're looking for more protein & less carbs & calories, you may want to check it out.
