More i eat and drink the more i drop weight!

Ok ok ok !

I know yall like dang "she always up here!" I just want to show new ladies loved! Cause i know it hard and frustrated. But the the more i eat like 6 small meals an day i see my results quicker. Make your self eat. But the more you exercise  more Hungary every 3 hours. My breakfast is my main meal. I eat what i want mainly starch! Cause that what we need for our brain. Plus we will burn it off!  I'm going to post pic every two weeks.Starting April until June! be at my goal Praying!
