Hey guys!

Great website to order supplements is http://www.netrition.com/

I hope everyone is having a great weekend.
I was reading a couple of women's health magazines which led me down the winding road of my brain to some of the things that brought me from my previous weight/size to where I am now.
We all know that protein is a big key (among other things like fiber, H20, etc.) to fat loss & also a saver of muscle dexterity if you're not able to work out.
However, if you've ever eaten high quantities of protein for a lengthened period of time, you may have experienced (for lack of better terms) non-movement on the bathroom front.
One way to remedy that experience is to implement the consumption of an Omega supplement.
While omegas are necessary for optimum heart function & are beneficial to our hair, skin & nails-it's also a great way to align your system without resorting to laxitives, etc.
My favorite is a triple Omega with 3/6/9 derived from flaxseed, safflower, olive oil & fish oil made by Nature Made.
This particular (for me & I've tried many brands) one is most effective b/c it has a liquid delivery system for easy & quick absorption.

No lie, this stuff will have you back to normal in no time at all. I typically take mine at night before bed & I'm good to go by sun up!

I have had good luck finding these (usually no more than $7 for 60-75 gelcaps) at Dollar General, Target & CVS.

I thought I would just share that & also I was reading that rye bread has 3x's more fiber than most whole wheat bread. I typically reach for whole grain when I do buy bread, but I'll definitely check out some rye the next time I'm in the store.

Some fantastic health, wellness & fitness mags that I love reading are:

I hope you found this helpful & what are some of your favorite health reads?

You could do either one, but not both as they would neutralize each other.

Alkaline will help balance the ph of your body in general causing you to more easily release & assist in breaking down the toxins that are being processed by the herbal/vitamin compound found in NDP.

Lemon Juice (acid) will actually promote proper digestion & help stave off hunger.

Personal preference & what works with your system as everyone is a bit different.  I'd say if you are interested in both, try each one daily for a week & keep tabs on which benefits you more.

hth=hope this helps!

HI Ms. La Kisha!
Thank You so much for taking the time to read.
I don't know which flax oil you are taking currently, but if you notice this supplement already contains it along with the omegas & olive oils to support its function. So no, you would not need both as this one is powerful enough.
So.... either/or, but not both.
Hope that made sense & I didn't confuse you.
Lmk, if th you need any more help!

The big bottle at TarJay was like 24.99, and the amount in the bottle didn't justify the inflated price. so I know to try Walgreens or CVS next time, in my case Costco/Sam's Club first.

Hi Thycke!
I only take the rec amount of 2 with a full glass of water. It seems to be even more effective for me if I take them right after my last meal of the day.
Wow-that is high, I guess they are just on the cheaper end where I live & also, they don't even sell them at my walgreens (at least not the one nearest to me)-natures bounty is the main brand instead of nature made.

Mines cots 13.99 but I got one free at Wal-greens. How many do you take a night?
