When i got off from work i felt very stress! Driving home today was very stressful,i was running late picking up my child. OMG there were another accident. Lane back up like i never seen it before. I want to yell or scream. Finally i was on my way home. I told myself i'm going to go to bed, i done had it for today. But instead i just went to the gym after i got my girls settle in. Ladies it hard to go to the gym once you get in the house.I thought about the wonderful blog i read today got me out there, The support and the love i recived. I workout for 1 1/2. Now feeling great an refresh. Exercising is so wonder. It's amazing what it can do for your body and mind.
