Good Morning!
I'm down to 155. Dang I got on the scale this morning 155 from 162 04/15 last time I weigh. My waist,stomach and face has slim down. Waking 3-5 miles and day. Eating,drinking water fiber. Plus I cut my carbs down too Carbs in am only. Carbs are Good for your brain in am.

Thanks Ladies. But let me school you! don't think getting on this pills it "Magic" Nope!!You have to push yourself. Myself i just got serious! Real Serious!! Start slow. Let your body get used to the change. Make workout an hobbie. Not for just weight loss for health reasons. I love to workout,eat right. Now I do have my slip up's. But i learn how to jump back on the track. I do walk those miles,run up hills and fast walk. You can do it. Just because she lose doesn't mean you can get the same results. Be patient with yourself an i betcha you be  dropping weight just like that!

congrats! that is major and it happened in like 2days??! i'm a newbie, but hopefully i can get some bomb results like Ive been reading about!
