For Those that feel they are struggling

Just something to share with  the ladies whom may feel like im not losing enough. When your taking these pills make sure you are doing your part with water intake and at least some type of activity for 30 min a day, and when you weigh your self never look for the whole number! That is what keeps me going i look at my ounces , if im down 8 oz overnight that is half of a pound i lost and it means im still losing even if i only lose 1 inch in a week it means im still losing , give your body enough time to adjust it self , every one is different ..look at any symptoms you may have like always tired always hungry always thirsty you may get sleepy after eating certain foods what ever it may be look it up and find what is hidden behind it, it could be a lack of a vitamin, lack of a mineral ,thyroid problems ,insulin problems etc!! I know for nina it can get tiring to hear the pills are not working , but before we just throw the product away and say for get it make sure WE the clients has done our part in finding any underlying problems that our body is going threw, im just being real because God had a lil talk with me and informed me that what i put in my mouth caused me to be over weight and not to just rely on the detox pills to correct my wrong doing over night.

You are so right! My doctor said that it can take up 30 days for you can see result. Sometime your body can take that long to adjust to the product. I had that problem too. The next month i was dropping like crazy. The first month i lost a a lot of inches..So yeah give your body time to adjust. I know it frustrated.

Kim you are a wise woman!! LOL! You are speaking mad truth here. Every independent action taken (healthy eating, exercising, sleeping habits, stress management, etc) works synergistically for a total objective. And are you preaching or what in regards to what God told you. It takes works and changing our prospectives about healthy body images and healthy image. Keep the inspiration coming girl! I appreciate this post.
