Hey girl! Welcome to the forum. Well, as advertised you don't have to make any alterations of any kind to lose but I recommend it. Me personally, I changed my diet because not only did I want to lose weight, I also wanted to lead a healthier lifestyle. I basically followed many of the regimes and tips posted by Nina. I eat healthier, barely eat out or drink pop, and I exercise. I use fiberone bars as snacks, I drink plenty of water(lemon), vitamin water, and protein shakes. I used to hit the gym on the regular but I mainly dance now. I do latin dance. I still do some standard home routines. Dancing is a workout and you will have fun while doing it. You will forget that you are exercising. If you notice many, latin women, Brazilians for example, have toned physiques. This is because dancing is apart of their culture and everyday lifestyle. Many of the moves focus on your abs, buttocks, and hips. You definitely will get definition. Zumba is a popular dance class. If you are interested, I posted videos of various forms of dance used as workout techniques. Doing these things will definitely speed up your results. You can lose up to 3x faster.
