Tracking numbers may not track for several business days if your product is out of stock/ back order/pre-order. Use the tracking number for reference, your order is in process.

Please allow  up to 3-10  business days to receive your custom order unless your order is on back order. Express is not available.

NINADETOX has partnered with USPS to ship your orders safely and it a timely fashion. We ship anywhere in the world using USPS Priority Mail. This service allows us to offer fast delivery up to 10 business days depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Orlando, Florida
 
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Although we try our best to deliver your items in a speedy fashion, Nina Detox does not guarantee specific delivery times. The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at anytime using the USPS Tracking number Nina Detox  sends to you once your order has been processed and shipped.

International Customers: Nina Detox ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". Nina Detox does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and does not predict what your particular charges may be. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event your order requires any of these additional fees, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package. 

 

RETURNS
 
NINA DETOX does NOT accept returns for refund or exchange. All items purchased on this site are FINAL SALE. In the rare event your item is defective please contact our Customer Care team with your full name, order number, description and photograph of the defect and we will send you a replacement if possible  of the defective item.

If you'd like to check the status of your order, please use the tracking # included in your shipping confirmation e-mail and log into www.usps.com


WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
An email delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address used to place the order . Be sure to check your spam filters for this. Search for the word: Ninadetox.  If for some reason you can not find the email - simply log into paypal or google account - you can find your tracking number under the transaction.



We do not require a signature for delivery; however, your local driver may require a signature. We are not responsible if the driver requires a signature and if the recipient is not home to sign for the item. In such instances, even if it is a rush air package, the driver may not leave the item. 

You can check your email  for your tracking information or contact us and we can provide information on when the job is expected for delivery so you can watch for the package. If you know you will not be home on a day the item is expected, you can try leaving a note on your door with your signature authorizing the driver to leave the product for you. Delivery requirements by the carriers are beyond our control and we are unable to take responsibility. Please order early enough in case of any delay in delivery. Note that even Rush Air deliveries can be delayed due to outside factors outside of our control. If the driver does not require a signature, we are not responsible if a carrier leaves your package unattended at your home and damage or theft occurs.

We are also not responsible if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us.

International Shipping Priority - Up to 10 Business Days
International Shipping Express- Up to 5 Business Days
If you do not pay the extra fee to ship International Priority we will deduct the amount of priority shipping from your order - in return that will decrease your product amount.

Worldwide Shipping
We ship WorldWide on a daily basis. Customs for your country may put an unexpected delay on the delivery of your order that we will have no control over. 

I have not received my package yet, what should I do?
If you did not receive your package within 2 weeks please TEXT 407-494-2061 and email ninadetoxpills@yahoo.com so we can do a search with USPS to track your order.
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
Yes we can ship to post office boxes and military addresses. We use a wide variety of couriers to insure we can deliver to just about any location around the world. Preferably: United States Post Office.
Delivery and Signatures
Larger orders and orders going to apartments or suites may require a signature upon delivery. Overnight orders may also require a signature for delivery. If your order was shipped via the US Post Office and required a signature but nobody was there to sign, a note will be left for you to pick it up at your local post office. They will NOT try to re-deliver the next day. These orders will be held at your local post office for 5 days.

Buyers Address 
It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate USPS deliverable address.
 Shipping to a Buyer’s Confirmed Address
An address is confirmed if the buyer’s credit card billing address matches his or her shipping address. In some instances, PayPal can also confirm an address by examining the buyer’s PayPal account history.
The Purpose of a Confirmed Address
Although the vast majority of unconfirmed addresses are not fraudulent, PayPal offers confirmed addresses as an additional layer of fraud protection. Confirmed addresses help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft and decrease your chances of receiving a chargeback. However, it is important to note that you can still receive a chargeback for reasons unrelated to fraud.
Shipping to an Unconfirmed Address
Most unconfirmed addresses are not fraudulent and sellers don’t usually experience problems shipping to them. When you do ship to an unconfirmed address, PayPal encourages you to be alert to your buyer and minimize risk by following our Protection Tips for Sellers.
How a Buyer Can Confirm an Address
Inform your buyer on how to confirm his or her address, by communicating the following options:
1.         Add a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (i.e., the address where you receive your credit card statement).
2.         Apply for PayPal Smart Connect. If you’re approved, the address on your application will be a Confirmed Address.
3.         Alternate address confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts. To learn more, log in to your PayPal account and visit the Alternate Address Confirmation page.

Backorder

While we try to maintain a high inventory level

on the most popular products, there are times when a

particular product  is not in stock. If this is the case,

we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder

and ask if you would like to wait for the product,

replace it with a different product, or cancel that part
