ISSUES WITH AN ORDER?

I received an incorrect item in my package? What should I do?
You should e-mail your claim within 5 business days from the date you received your package. As long as the items are unopened and unused it would be our pleasure to assist you however we can.


On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes as we are human.So we apologize in advance.

Please contact us via email ninadetoxpills@yahoo.com, we will make it right by reshipping the correct item and requesting the previous item to be returned to us. We will provide a paid tracking label on the exchange/return.


We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong/defective item .


For all defective items and issues with your order, please send clear photos of the item, packages, pills & order details to  ninadetoxpills@yahoo.com. We will compare your transaction against your pictures. So be sure to forward your original transaction to our email so we can compare them.

We will start a damage/wrong item claim, and issue a pre-paid label to send the damaged item(s) back. Refund on shipping or delay if need be- will be made within 5 days after receipt.
